Dr. Zeng teaches interactive media, mass media, and mass communication theory. Her areas of research include news credibility, news coverage during times of crisis, and on-demand media. She has published articles and presented papers in a variety of scholarly venues. She has conducted workshops on how to use on-demand media to advance knowledge for 8th grade “Girls of Promise,” “Tech Teens,” librarians and college professors in Arkansas.
